As a professionally trained moderator and UX specialist, I have a vast set of both qualitative and quantitative research skills. My passion for qualitative grew early in my career from a frustration merely knowing what people said or did without understanding the "why?" Being innately curious to learn more and truly understand consumer and user behavior, led me to focus my career on qualitative research.I have experience across a wide variety of categories and have worked on new product development, from optimizing the user experience to refining marketing communications (and everything in between). Regardless of the category of methodology, I pride myself on being able to talk to anyone about anything. Specialties include, but not limited to: Ethnographies, In-Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Exploratory Research, Usability, UX Research (generative and evaluative), Concept Development, Messaging and Communication research, online methodologies, including Blogging, Bulletin Boards and online Focus Groups.)
