This company is an animal husbandry business that involves the raising of livestock from birth to market. I find great satisfaction in this field, despite the long hours of always on site and constant monitoring of the younger livestock. It has enhanced many of my bookkeeping skills, research skills and patience. It is a proud moment when all my effort pays off at market time and I receive the top dollar for my livestock, although an attachment has developed it is their purpose in my company.

This job is for a small Mom & Pop place that has been operating for many years here in our local community. My goal is help them improve their employees work ethics and to thus improve the business with quality food & service. I will also be incorporating my Design skills as I re-design their menu and prepare flyers for events that will be held at their location. What a great opportunity to combine the skills of two worlds. Goal completed.

My position can cover any job that needs to be done, well most job as there is heavy lifting that I have to seek help to complete. I can/have been the cook/dishwasher for the shift, I can/have hit the floor as a waitstaff, I can/have prep cooked for both kitchen & waitstaff, I can/have tended the bar. The other duties include inventory, ordering, scheduling of employees, the planning of the daily specials, the planning of events and the providing a friendly atmosphere, with good food & beverages for the consumer that enters the business.

While with this company my duties included the smooth running of the entire operation. My attention to detail gave me the opportunity to learn how to be a successful Automotive Detailer and to earn a certificate from a correspondence school for this field. The customer satisfaction, scheduling of 75 plus employees, inventory and being a hands-on working manager position brought forth many memories that I treasure to this day.
