I became a life coach because a few years ago I experienced a time in my life where I was consumed with grief from the loss of my daughter. This challenging time in my life allowed me to develop a deeper level of understanding and compassion with my clients' and what challenges they are experiencing, equipping me with the knowledge of how I can provide them with the tools (eg. Developing emotional intelligence) that will help them in their personal growth journey to live a life filled with value this allows them to feel more motivated about life.As a Coach, these are some of my specialties:1.
