Recruit and support volunteer associates.Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and thoughtful planning in the use and care of all Open Door Mission resources, including staff and resident time; funds budgeted for travel, telephone, events or other activities; property such as vehicles, computers, cell phones, etc.Actively participate in all required and requested meetings, openly contributing ideas and suggestions to strengthen Open Door Mission’s development program.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
