Handle technical calls (outbound/inbound) and email inquiriesfrom SunPower Dealers/Distributors, Installers, Customers. Conduct investigation and troubleshooting on non-working orproblematic PV systems via phone & email. Document & handles warranty claim, inquiries, and servicefulfilment cases communicated by the customer and/or Dealers. Authorize warranty replacement of faulty product/s. Find 3rd party solar installers to attend warranty job whennecessary. Gather more information to facilitate closure of RMA claims,inquiries, and service fulfilment cases. Serves as back-up support for customer service representative,taking potential customer details and generating lead in CRM. Provide necessary assistance and service to other SunPowerTeams (Dealer Support, Accounting, Products Engineering &Regional Sales Manager). Gather accurate data and create report required by Stakeholder. Manage group mailbox, ensure that all concerns, inquiries andemail will be handled or communicated to appropriatedepartment. Generate purchase orders and source-out materials likemicroinverters, cables, monitoring and other accessories. Manage incoming invoices from warranty service providers/installers, forward invoices to Accounts Payable, monitor andmaking sure invoices are paid on-time.

 Ensures good quality output based on defined parameters andcontrols on-time delivery of products. Ensures production downtimes are properly recorded andescalated. Recognizes product problems notifies supervisor and performsminor troubleshooting to deliver products on time and at acompetitive cost with zero defects. Reports to manufacturing supervisor any observed lineabnormalities.6/2007 to 10/2014 10/2014 to Current Assists Process, Maintenance, IE, and QA Engineer andTechnicians during evaluations. Monitor process and all control points are within specificationlimits. Support other production area as deemed necessary bymanufacturing supervisor
