- Lead demand planning module for DIBM for Performance solution (including market segment of Auto Adhesive, Medical & Molykote) accross PAC region. - Be the gate keeper to drive the implementation of the newly-designed global demand planning model in the S&OP, make needed changes to make sure it fits in for PAC region- Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons, review historical sales trends, forecast data and evaluate forecast results.- Closely interact with sales, marketing and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.- Provide critical input to supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products and phase-out products.- Provide guidance to key channels/distributors on best practice on forecast, order and inventory management

- Solid experience in purchasing & supplly chain in customer facing business for APAC (Automotive chemical business), focusing on demand & inventory management & SOP process implementation- Partner with sales force to develop short, mid & long term (2Y) forecast, work out demand KPI matrix & Fcst accuracy improvement plan - Drive the monthly product demand fcst cycle, collect fcst from sales team & validate data inputs to the fcst & review & fine tune the statistical fcst- Lead the PAC monthly demand review mtg & get the fcst aligned with area leadership team; drive the success of country S&OP for various countries/value centers across PAC - Play as a key contact window between APAC commercial team and supply planners, drive the communication with upstream planners in other biz, sourcing planners in NAA/ EUR- Support other improvement projects including air freight cost reduction, standard cost reduction, storage whs optimization, low cost to serve optimization, etc.- Monitor and measure S&OP metrics and engage cross-functional efforts to resolve any gaps- Be the gate keeper for inventory management to reach the BU inventory & DSI target, by maintaining a proper inventory level and driving the clearance the slow moving inventory/blocked inventory- Work closely with product director, finance, logistic, TS&D on implementing low cost to serve and support the new product launch
