When network issue is fixed, need write a general report to record the case fixed reason, then use Metis system sharing the information to CU, T2 , PDU, etc. department, for Ericsson later meet same/ similar issue troubleshooting use.So far Lead Recovery Team solved more than 700 emergency cases & help customers restore their network back to functionality within timely manner, which highly maintained customers' satisfaction.
