 Part of Elixir Management Team.Responsible for:- Setting up of the Dubai clinic; complying to DHA policies & protocols, ensuring DHA inspections readiness, drafting & signing contracts with laboratories.- Recruiting & selecting medical candidates meeting clinic resource requirements. - Performing clinical supervision of medical staff, including regular performance appraisals & feedback to staff.- Managing activities related to the delivery of medical care & clinical services such as cost management, utilization review, quality assurance, & medical protocol development- Supervising clinical scheduling, call & leave for medical staff.- Supervising continuing professional education, training & orientation of new medical staff.- Providing recommendations on purchase of medical equipment.- Examining patients & obtaining their histories, ordering laboratory tests & other diagnostic procedures.- Prescribing & administering medications & treatments based on patient diagnostic examination & needs.- Prescribing the appropriate vaccination for prevention & treatment of diseases.- Counseling & supporting patients on a wide range of health benefits & lifestyle modification.- Helping patients maintain optimal health through early identification and treatment of different vitamins and minerals deficiencies in addition to the latest palliative medicine trends.

- Responsible for patients support activities assigned for non-resident German Professors in different fields: Pediatrics / Gynecology & Obstetrics / Internal Medicine / General Surgery / Urology / Orthopedics / Infertility & Reproductive Medicine. This includes:o Preparing patients prior to Professors visits, throughout; History taking & preparation of files & ordering laboratory tests. Booking operative theater slots at different hospitals, coordination of consumables on time supply & medical insurance necessary approvals.o Assisting Professors during patients’ consultations by educating patients on their disease area as well as supporting them managing their medication.o Preparation of patients undergoing different operative procedures by simplifying surgical procedures & providing tailored one on one sessions which supports preparing them psychologically for any postoperative results such as hysterectomy & any other applicable procedures.o Supporting & following up with patients after each visit, this includes medications, removal of stitches & post-operative medical reports.o Cross referring patients with different diseases to relative specialty.- Participating in the diagnostic & therapeutic procedures at the holistic department.o One of the members that participated in the introduction of the holistic therapy at the Center, trained by German & Singaporean professors.- Trained at “Theresienkrankenhaus und St. Hedwig institute” in Germany at the orthopedic department in November 2015. Training included the following:o Clinical diagnosis of different cases, X-ray & MRI reading.o Performing ultrasound for different joints.

This also includes medical management of preexisting medical conditions, care and management of medical or surgical complications such as bleeding, provision of pain management.- Participated in the development and maintenance of SOPs related to patients’ examination through the anesthesia department.- In charge of providing medical care to patients before, during, and after their surgical experience.
