 Source and procure a wide range of building materials, hardware, and tools from local and international suppliers. Create and negotiate all vendor contracts to ensure best price and service is obtained. Accredit New Vendor base on set criteria. Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendation base on price, quality, and delivery lead-time. Manage the purchase order process and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement supports business objectives. Train or orient new on-board Jr. Procurement Officer.

 Attend walk-in Customers. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and other external partners. Develop and maintain a filing system. Monitor the level of office supplies and place appropriate orders. Record and document petty cash fund. Prepare payroll every 15th and 30th of the month. Prepare monthly sales report and submit to the Management. Prepare monthly statutory or government remittances report. Conduct monthly inventory of the items. Receive new delivered items. Process or deduct sold items on the system. Performs other job assigned by the immediate head.
