I am an Account Project Manager for a design agency. I developed and initiated projects, managed costs and monitored performance, for a pertinent streaming service and an international bank & insurance corporation, among others. I’ve facilitated communication between internal teams, contractors and suppliers for project cohesion and efficiency.I used my 20 years’ experience as an Assistant Director in film and TV production, managing 200 people at a time, ensuring projects are on time and on track. My ability to communicate to all kinds of people helped me maintain relationships with clients. I was responsible for trouble-shooting any challenges on the set, consistently using good and sound judgment, while collaborating with teams as well as delegating tasks to optimize team’s productivity.I worked as a Virtual Assistant in a small online business, completed business correspondence, transcription and data entry, ensured customer satisfaction and addressed customer complaints. Managed electronic and paper filing systems by updating paperwork, maintaining documents and accurately recording information.I want to make sure I have a clear direction on my tasks and am not afraid to ask questions.I am an Account Project Manager right now for a popular mainstreaming service, supervised, facilitated and managed a project that involved building an urban park with sound integrations in the finance and lifestyle district in BGC. This involved dealing with three contractors, BGC estate team, numerous suppliers, client and staff. We are currently working with them on park improvements and beautification.I was also Account Project Manager for another urban park in the same area, but this time emphasizing the client's bike advocacy and sustainability thrust of the company. This meant overseeing the design and construction of a bike park made from recycled plastic, saving 750 trees.I am also a Managing editor of a design agency's goal of publishing the country's first Production Design Handbook in the Philippine setting, aiming to teach PD practitioners the western methodologies which we learned from working with Hollywood practitioners.I am also Project Manager for a series of talks as a by-product of this handbook, using the topics and ideas we got from researching for the handbook.I am passionate about making an impact with my team, and making a difference. One of the reasons I enjoy working with startups I believe in is that I love helping people and making a difference.
