- Have rich experience for suppliers scouting and material scouting. Familiar with the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical material, plastic resin, metal, electronic and mechanical material, MRO and equipment. Set up good the suppliers’ relationship in the related field. The chemical industry involved, such as plastic resin, additive compounding, metal surface chemical treatment, wastewater & exhaust air treatment etc.- Have rich experience for material management & the supplier chain management, e.g. customer service, S/O audit, master production plan, material plan, purchasing, import/export, F/G shipping, transportation, warehouse management.- Have more than 20 years working experience in large MNC，served for USA of Europe companies. More than 15 years management experience.- Familiar with the GMP system, establish the supply chain management under GMP regulation, have the experience for new plant setting up for the pharmaceutical packaging industry.Participate couple of the new companies setting up, include the department & SOP establishment and the overseas project transfer- Have rich experience for management and team work, have good sociality ability.- Have strong sense for EHS，familiar with EHS request for chemical industry, and familiar with local EPA regulations
