·Providing Admin & business support to CEO as calendar management, travel arrangement, expense report claiming, contract for signature.·Managing all incoming calls and take message in CEO's absence.·Liaison with taxation bureau; and assisting in the accounting reports with Accountant;·Arranging the outside customers.·Supporting office administration affairs·Organizing monthly meeting for all management; weekly report collecting, filling, distributing to involved managers.·Being responsible for documentation management, handle confidential information, files, and materials to ensure information security for proper use.·Process management, keep all the processes smoothly according to company procedures·Ad hocs arranged by CEO timely.
