Strategy: Understand company business and product development plan and core technology roadmap with OEM/ODM for a long-term business partnership. Leverage business size, cost, quality and supply capability between OEM/ODM suppliers to optimize OEM/ODM performance and supply. Geographically build-up business continuity plan under current economic environment.Operation: Understand product development process at each stage. Well-experienced with cost structure from BOM, labor, logistic, Capital expenditure and company allocation resources accorded cost from OEM/ODM side. Cross-function work with internal and external team to solve problems and achieve project milestone for new products.Supplier management: Working with different level of OEM/ODM that plays a major manufacture role in the electronic industry. Establishing SBR process to measure on OEM/ODM’s performance and grow each OEM/ODM to make continuous improvement plan. • Build-up a standard cost structure with different commodity suppliers.• Set-up an internal process with cross-function team to standardize CapEx supplier management.• Be able to source new suppliers that meet technical requirement and be able to develop with business strategy.• Be able to negotiate with existing suppliers to achieve KPIs and make a continuous cost reduction plan.

1. Focus on customer strategy and business growth with customer in Jabil.2. Keep a good relationship with customer and monitor QBR to meet customer satisfaction.3. Financial management with FCST, Pricing, Cost, Cash Cycle and Assets.4. Partner with SCM and Operation for collaboration and optimization.

1. NPI: Product spec from engineering, testing quality request with customer and internal team member and drive material with SCM for NPI launch and delivery.2. Communication: Establish relationships with customer counterparts and functions inside company as needed to support the plan. Gain support from the needed resources. Ensure the objectives and outcomes are understood and accepted by these members.3. Financial: Focus on revenue, margin, cost, DII, AR, etc indicator for business continueously grow. 4. Pricing: Work with SCM to get the quotation and negotiate with supplier based on the price target; Understand manufactory process cost impact and cost structure. 5. Report progress towards the planned outcome to the BUM or BUD and others as needed. Resolve conflicts, escalating when necessary.6. QBR: F2F performance review between customer and team to understand customer request and the gap to meet customer request.

1. Leading project’s planning team daily job, and feedback to planning manager any time.2. Manage 3 of the account planning team day-to-day job. Supervise 10 planners.3. Program management (Work with internal department: Business, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Engineer) to achieve customer request; Solving SCM issues quality issues, capacity constrains and feedback to customer to get the solution and agreement.4. Work with team to keep 100% fulfillment to customer, and achieve the sales target which is 1/4 of total sales target in company. 5. Overall monitoring production plan to make sure fully support master schedule in order to satisfy customer’s request.6. Evaluating monthly operation problems (e.g.: Capacity, process, supplier performance and quality issues) to identify the standards and give the proposal to continuous improvement. 7. Monitoring master schedule to keep inventory level in a reasonable level at month/quarter/year end.8. Assign and balance subordinates’ work loading, provide timely performance appraisals to subordinates in team.
