I have a strong customer service background with skills I developed over my 18+ years in sales prior to going into real estate. My experience and the Century 21 brand have proven to be a winning combination over the past 17 years. I've always considered myself strong in customer service skills vs sales skills. To be successful in real estate, you must earn the trust of buyers and sellers that you can guide them through a transaction fairly and expeditiously.
