1. Responsible for full cycle recruitment across all functions over Greater China, including Sales, Engineering,Marketing, Service and Finance.2. Involved in business planning process and being a liaison between business units and Finance team to ensure the budget is align with hiring objectives.3. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, candidates in market and external recruitment partners4. Provide reports and analysis to business unites on talent market trends5. Brief with hiring manager on job and personal requirements, sourcing strategies, channels and timelines6. Determine appropriate recruiting vehicles to leverage for each job opening and source candidates from various channels7. Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements8. Manage the hiring and feedback process for candidates9. Consult with business units on offer details and communication with potential candidates10. Successfully fill requisitions which is crucial to business or new roles for the organization in a short time
