公司主要產品為POS機，前三年擔任法國跟東歐的業務助理，主要負責訂單處理，出貨，催款等事宜，需與不同部門協調貨況，使用並且熟悉鼎新ERP系統。 第四年轉升國外業務，主要負責法國，中東及南亞區客戶，推廣公司產品以及與客戶溝通需求解決客戶問題，定期一年1~2次至法國以及中東拜訪客戶及參展。I work at FEC which is selling POS Terminals. I was a sales assistant and responsible for France and East Europe area at the first 3 years. Mainly responsible for order processing, coordinating with different departments and collecting the payment status. Also familiar with using Dingxin ERP system. At the 4th year, I was promoted as a Sales Person and in charge of the regions for South Asia, Middle East and France. Responsible for selling and promoting our products and understanding what the clients need and solving the problems, e.g. the failure and technical issues. Every year, I go to France and Dubai to visit our distributor and meet our end user for keeping the relationship and discussing business details. And will join the exhibition as well. Then we will have some feedback to our company for producing more high quality products.
