•Responsible for providing operational leadership for sponsorship in assigned Local Partners (Mindanao Areas) through developing staff capacities, supporting quality growth and accountability and ensuring sponsorship standards and guidelines. •Provide technical support to Field Office to ensure high impact communication processes that help retain existing and attract new sponsors•Facilitates/conducts capacity building of Field Offices on sponsorship management•Ensures that sponsor relations activities are carried out within quality standards and acceptable timeframe•Assists in conceptualizing and developing creative ways to promote meaningful children’s participation and enhance sponsorship experience and communications of sponsored children with sponsors•Assists in planning, administration, coordination and monitoring of all sponsorship activities and communication requirements•Ensures that all sponsor visits at the National Office are within the standards•Ensures that all reports and information to sponsors are of qualityand within standards

•Assumes full responsibility for the community level project activities and partnership with community groups and project stakeholders like the LGUs and NGOs/Pos•Supervises a team of Community Facilitators within the municipality to ensure effective community organizing work•Provides technical and administrative support to the Municipal Inter-Agency Committee (MIAC)•Ensures convergence of inter-agency programs

•Manages all projects operations both for Program and Finance•Manages sponsorship activities as per schedules, procedures and quality standards•Manages and develops project staff•Establishes and maintains good working and learning relationship across the organization and with government and non-government organizations

•Facilitates Program operations including Finance and Sponsorship in assigned baranggays•Point person for ECD program, Health and Nutrition and Responsible and Effective Parenthood Program•Responsible for Children’s association•Perform the cashiering function of the project•Worked as Education Coordinator-prepares plans and budget for Education program based on the project’s identification of priority needs of the children and families-Responsible for the processing and consolidation of Education program data for analysis and for submission into required standard reports-Coordinate skills training for out of school youths
