Self-registered job rotation to Dow PU business for planner role.

- Responsible for monthly C&B operation, corporate with shared services center in Tianjin to manage 4000 employees’ monthly social insurance, Dow benefits housing/pension fund, commercial insurance and time absence to ensure accurate payroll output; Fire-shooting for outstanding cases and identify opportunity for continuous improvement in operation process- APAC project leader for annual merit increase and bonus planning from 2016 to 2018; Co-lead with 14 countries focal points to analysis market data and propose merit increase to acquire endorsement from leadership team; Connect with global team to implement bonus planning, system audit and payout- Lead China benefits revamping project to evaluate feasibility for flexible benefits platform; Conduct employee survey and benefits market value study, acquire approval from Greater China leadership team for implementation; Upgraded flex ben platform will be online from mid-2019- Lead service migration project from June 2018, target to transfer shared services center from Tianjin to Shanghai; Responsible for resource planning, knowledge identification, migration timeline design, hypercare performance monitor whole process - As China C&B focal to lead Workday system upgrade related activities; Participated in global testing in US Midland; Actively provide regional feedback and support regional implementation

- Partner with APAC function leadership team to identify organization status, workout solution to narrow gap on talent pipeline development- Deeply involve and lead workforce planning activities, propose and acquire headcount from global leader, design campus hiring selection process and design development plan for fresh joiner- Support annual employee opinion survey, analyze result and discuss with function leadership team to understand root cause behind gap aspects; Align action plan and tracking mechanism

- Lead analysis of compensation leveling and job architecture for 2 companies; Thorough review of impact on individual level based on global integration plan; Propose job grade integration plan based on local situation, job market position evaluation and achieved alignment across leadership teams- Design and propose local benefits harmonization plan with balance of corporate cost and impact to employee morale; Coordinate with business HRBP, operation HR, legal and GEO HRD to review integration plan; Conduct 2 rounds of total employee group communications (50 more sessions) to achieve mutual agreement on future benefits deduction; China integration plan is leading in APAC and received high recognition within leadership- Lead operation integration of 2 company payroll teams; successfully integrate social insurance vendor and commercial insurance vendor; successfully transfer hDCC HR operation process to Tianjin shared service center

HRDP is trainee development program in Dow; Rotation program is designed for 3 years rotation across key HR technologies including Recruitment, Talent Management and C&B, etc. Targeting to develop future leader for Dow HR.
