Originally a pharmacist, received my master degree in pharmaceutical sciences (Pharmacology and Toxicology department) in 2011. In 2010 I decided to shift my career to the development field to fulfill my passion in serving the Egyptian community in a professional way. Joined MADEV “Media-Arts for Development” in 2010 as a project Manager for an EU funded project and acted as MADEV’s program officer till April 2013 then promoted to be MADEV’s Operations Manager and currently I am working as MADEV executive Director. My vision is to be an effective servant leader and to apply the core values of justice& mercy aiming for a healed and balanced Egyptian community. Did my Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management to achieve my vision of being an effective servant leader and to develop other leaders.
