I work to strengthen brand engagement across internal & external stakeholders, consumer and customers and to drive profitable growth & distribution of the Taylors brand and to grow, enhance & protect brand awareness and equity.I work to enhance the brand experience both within the physical and virtual/digital environment across both domestic and international markets. I manage the Direct to Consumer channel, overseeing the strategic direction of the business unit and am accountable for the business unit achieving sales and marketing goals. In addition, I am responsible for leading the Digital Marketing function. My direct reports include the Digital Marketing Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Winery Events manager.I also am responsible for sharing product expertise and knowledge with the wider Taylors Wines sales & marketing teams – both domestic and international so they may effectively tell and amplify our brand stories.
