* Develop e-Commerce website in different countries (e.g. US, Europe and China) adapting to localconsumers’ browsing and purchasing behaviour. Keep track of project milestones, maintain development calendar and effectively communicate project status.* Coordinate with multiple 3rd party agencies to ensure seamless integrations including OMS/WMS; e-Commerce operation service vendor, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Test&Target, Campaign (Neolane), Livechat, Payment Gateways, Music player (Spotify, Music 163), hosting & SSL, Naming & logo design, and UX design agencies.* Plan, manage, and execute the online activities including SEM, DSP, Social media, Affiliate, media cooperation and digital campaigns which are suitable to local markets and consumer needs to plan for webstore traffic and sales objectives.*Identify new online opportunities by understanding the most updated digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

* Develop and manage Asia eMarketing initiatives including SEO & SEM, eMail Marketing, Video Marketing, and etc to grow web traffic and reach more customers* Lead online projects, such as Marketing Automation (IBM: Unica) by integrating CRM database (Oracle: Siebel) to engage customers in different buying cycle; act as focal point to global marketing team to provide feedback base on Asia countries’ different needs and situations; communicate program status across the region* Consolidate and analyse web analytics report to evaluate online marketing performance, communicate results and give insights to stakeholders for corrective action to constantly improvement of marketing campaign quality
