• Took the lead as Project Manager for the Regional Headquarters office in the implementation of Workday, and maintained responsibility for general operations including payroll, year-end review, and off-boarding.Projects:
• Workday Implementation: Represented the regional office in proposing and negotiating a customized Workday configuration suitable for Hong Kong. Participated in system testing and provided constructive feedback for.
• Payroll Integration: Led the launch of a new payroll vendor in conjunction with Workday implementation.
• Ensured seamless integration between Workday and the payroll vendor, maintaining efficient and accurate payroll operations.Responsibilities:
• Served as the first-tier Workday support for the regional headquarters office, troubleshooting issues and offering expert guidance.

• Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Formulated compensation leave policies, liaised with medical insurance providers, and set up an overtime system for Taiwan.
