I was born in a small county named Gates, which roughly has 10,000 people, so everyone knew everyone and everything. In such a small town, job availability was limited and I got my first job in Franklin, VA at Dairy Queen, thirty minutes away. After almost three years of being a Dairy Queen crew member, I decided I wanted to get experience in marketing, promotions, or anything business to enhance my skills. I found Sinclair Communications, a media corporation with multiple radio stations in Norfolk, VA, I had the opportunity to be a part of the promotions team, which involved going to events to promote and market the selected radio station.You may wonder why I am talking about my work experience when It is on my page. I am determined with my work and set high expectations for myself to get the job done. Commute time is something everyone considers when taking a job. I had to drive thirty minutes every day and over an hour on the weekends. I am committed to my work no matter the lengths.
