Current- Delivered delight to customers by responding to a wide range of enquiries relating to website/technical issues, placing orders, tracking orders and managing subscriptions via email.

- Workedwithexternal service providers such as warehouses and couriers to fix problems as they arise. Reaching out to couriers for any issues that may encounter and setting proper expectations to the customer on.
- Makingupdates such as the stocks available for certain products and helping customers with their profiles like editing of their addresses, emails and upgrading their subscription.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order tracking and updates shared by the courier and the warehouse coordinator.
