• Led & accomplished a feasibility study on project Kowloon Hotel Renovation 2005– Study goal was to maximize retail areas with minimal cost and disruption to hotel operation. – Subjects included relocation of basement plant rooms, alteration of lift systems to roomless-type, and rationalization of all HVAC, ELV, water and fire systems.• Representative engineer for developer on several A-class residential projects – Reported to respective project managers– Attended site meetings defending developer’s interests including costing, work progress and quality– Managed schedule and priority of building Inspectors on contracted work hand-over– Arranged statutory inspections from BD, FSD, CLP, WSD, and DSD Departments– Liaised with and provided technical advices to Customer Services Department in project hand-over stage

Works included system design and project management for various kinds of buildings, from new construction to retrofits, from design consultant to owner’s representative.
