• Started in payroll department providing payroll analysis and guidance to departments, employees, and team members. After UCPath conversion, my adeptness in recognizing trends and assessing training needs allowed me to work with the OCM team. I became the lead UCPath trainer managing the transactor support Q&As, 1:1 zooms, and Topic Based Zoom sessions.• Recognize UCPath training needs and create or update Topic Based Zooms, UCPath training Job Aids and Knowledge Based Articles to keep them aligned with new guidance• Manage logistics, metrics and training CCP team members to be able to lead and support the UCPath transactor support Q&A’s, 1:1 zooms, Topic Based Zooms• Assist CCP teams in process mapping and improving processes we own• Problem solve cases in ServiceNow and provide guidance to CCP team members on their ServiceNow cases• Received recognition via STAR awards every year for providing exceptional operational support for UCPath conversion (2020) and exceptional performance in taking the lead in training activities (2021).
