- Management of CAD team resources
- Management of offshore resources, including preparing and sending projects, review of engineer markups, preparing project briefs, liaison with and feedback to outsource teams located in Vietnam and India
- Attend BIM project coordination meetings
- Review BIM Execution Plans & attend project BEP meetings

- I joined NDY Wellington in March 2012 initially for work experience to compliment my interior design degree. I was offered a contract role then became full time in July. I am pleased to have grown my BIM understanding.
- Advanced Revit modelling skills, able to document complex systems including plant rooms quickly and accurately
- Set up models in accordance with NDY guidelines and project requirements.
- QA check completed & WIP models to ensure the required structure has been maintained. Work within provided model structure for various model types, including Revit & Navisworks models.
- Export data and compile Federated models in Revit & Navisworks. Run clash and other reports. Understand and comment on output data. Facilitate review meetings.
- Ensure NDY activities and designs are fully coordinated to the extent required by the project brief
