I worked for a seed stage Dog Food Company,registered as a public benefit corporation: -Establish partnerships with local organizations, resulting in 3 key partnerships in 2 weeks to successfully kick-off our early prototype phase, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. - source and hire photographer(s) and oversee the development and implementation of the Public Benefits program-Kickstart prototypical marketing campaign for visibility on Social Media.

I helped revamp their arts program for greater student engagement, improved spend management, and positive feedback from employees. I consulted with every stakeholder (program manager, group leaders, students) to identify old pain points and to collaboratively design the new program to meet everyone's needs. I helped reduce the program's bi-monthly costs by 40%

During lockdown, I had to quickly adapt to translating normally analog-content to be fully communicable in a digital learning space, and learn new platforms to deliver them. Over the year, I helped optimize online learning processes (asynchronous, synchronous learning, best practices in teaching and technology integration) that are still in use today to give educators and students more flexibility.

I helped drive a 14% increase in graduation rates, thereby saving the school from closing, between 2016 and 2018. I contributed by owing an initiative to organize a school wide-arts exhibition to drive engagement and build culture, with an interdisciplinary curriculum aligned to end-goals. I also provide 1:1 transitional mentorship to graduating students, as well as work with the Transformative Justice team to develop student-centered strategies for conflict mediation.
