Take charge in the Technical & Business Rehearsal and Cutover of Passenger Services Systems (PSS) project which involved implementation of Amadeus Altéa Flight Management (FM) and Customer Management (CM) to Hong Kong and 120+ outports.• Rotate in different streams and get exposure in working different areas, i.e. technical cutover, business cutover, infrastructure and Project Management Office (PMO);• Set up the Rehearsal Window Plan and Cutover Window Plan for the technical and business rehearsal and go live of CM and FM;• Coordinate rehearsal and cutover tasks between Command Centre, Triage Centre and different business/IT streams during rehearsal and cutover so as to ensure all tasks delivered on time;• Act as Triage Analyst, monitoring and updating incidents reported during cutover period;• Coordinate stakeholders of development, support, change team and business users to drive system change;• Coordinate to set up PMO including establish project governance, on/off boarding, seating, office relocation, project status tracking and provide daily operation supportKEY ACCOMPLISHMENT:• Well plan in the Rehearsals that drives cutover on FM and CM successfully;• Develop a solid planning, coordination and communication skills in technical & business cutover, system change process, stakeholder communication and vendor management;• Develop a good foundation knowledge in setting up PMO for large scale programme and establish PMO governance and process

Take charge in the UAT as Business Unit of Channel Enablement Programme (CEP) which aimed at providing new flagship websites cathaypacific.com and dragonair.com and upgrading the online sales channel and backend content management tools.• Develop UAT test plans and execution within timelines for CEP and PSS projects as well as supporting the business cutover;• Coordinate with developers to ensure system functionality and fulfill business requirements;• Review the UAT results and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve identified issues;• Manage the relationship with enterprise testing team, system analysts, project team and vendorsKEY ACCOMPLISHMENT:• Execute 20000+ test cases for CEP and PSS projects and logged 200+ defects;• Build up testing and communication skills with different stakeholders
