CurrentWork in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) / IT PMO team which manages IT financial, resourcing and reporting area across IT department and oversees IT Project portfolio across the company. Take charge in overseeing the IT Major Projects, Enhancement (ENH) and Schedule Maintenance (SCM) projects, Outport Projects, Subsidiary Projects as well as IT Opex cost and project recurring costs transition.• Perform oversight for worldwide IT projects portfolio on timeline, financial and governance;• Report project status and metrics, perform schedule variance analysis and cost variance analysis, and implemented corrective action;• Refine PMO process and procedures, project governance and practices, build a knowledge portal and provide guidance to new joiners;• Lead a team of 2 Project Specialists to ensure smooth daily operation support on ENH, SCM, Outport, Subsidiary projects;• Liaise with key stakeholders on project financials and recurring costs for IT budget submission;KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT:• Lead a team of 2 Project Specialists to accomplish team goals;• Establish IT projects governance and funding approval process;• Streamline reporting workflows and design portfolio reporting analytics;• Develop a solid knowledge in analysis, critical thinking, organizing and problem-solving skills;• Deliver a Yellow Belt Lean Project to streamline the Annual Budgeting and Forecast on project recurring costs;• Drive changes on Project Recurring Cost transition after project cutover and new way of working in daily operation to cope with SAP system
