For the past 5 years, I have worked for Beckes Homes Inc. on Mercer Island as the Office Manager. I grew up in a family of Contractors so the Construction Business was not new to me. I challenged myself to streamline operations of the office and business. By first coming up with the overhead and then executing a structure for getting it all organized. By now, we are working so smoothly, that surprises just aren’t happening. I designed a system of tracking what was spent and would be spent going forward. I am responsible for the following: Payroll, Excise Tax, Quickbooks, Lien Waivers, Health Insurance, Liability Insurance, Acord Certificates from Vendors, Filing Systems, Printer Management, and Snapscan to become paperless and general activities.I have been in the Real Estate business for over 26 years and a Licensed Managing Broker since 1990. I have both marketed and sold homes, but also designed brochures, presentations etc. I started a business building websites for agents and builders.
