About Cherry Temple
Currently work at the Crisis Care Center for Family and Children's Services. I serve as an intake therapist and complete assessment and referrals for adults in a mental health crisis. Previously worked with adults and children in the Tulsa and surrounding areas, giving home based services and assisting my clients in getting the case management and rehab services they need. My employment, prior to that position, included working with adults in a inpatient setting that were dealing with depression, drug / alcohol issues and severe mental illness. I have worked in the past with adolescent clients in therapeutic foster care, whom were struggling with severe behavioral issues, depression or severe trauma / abuse. I have some history of working with youthful offenders as a probation officer and counselor. Before working in the mental health field, my experience included working as a 911 operator, section 8 caseworker, apartment manager and court administrative work.
