• Order Processing-this involves placing orders for clients and ensuring that the clients receive their shipments in time and also ensuring that we get perfect orders/Just in Time.
• Tracking of shipments both air freight and sea freights from the moment the cargo leaves our different plants till the customer receives the shipments.
• Preparing of shipping/ clearing documents for export cargo for respective countries.
• Preparation of prospects and opportunities- the creation of quotes (CRM/CIC) software that is easy to track potential and successful purchases.
• Variance Analysis reporting
• Daily update of SAP system with the stock received and issued to customers and staff.

Kenya

• Prepared, analyzed, and reported weekly performance management reports –using SAP to help the management team in planning.
• Preparation of reports e.g. Office / Delivery reports that we regularly send to clients to update them on the current status of their shipments.
• Reporting to management on expected sales on a weekly basis based on the status of various orders, shipments, and customer payments.

• Engaging with the management what should be stocked more in our warehouse based on customer demand so that we maintain the right (MRP}-planning, scheduling, and inventory control system. This ensures that we don’t.

• Opening of Customer accounts and Monitoring their master data in SAP.
• Follow up on Customer payments i.e Monitoring customer overdue and making sure customer accounts are updated.
• Customer Satisfaction- Ensuring that customers are happy with our services conducting Customer visits, maintaining communication with customers by receiving calls returning calls, and following up on emails.
• Sales Planning
• Vendor Handling-This involves dealing with different Vendors e.g Denmark, Italy, Turkey i.e Plants and MRP areas, and also external vendors that we source goods from.
• Conducting Stock Take-This is a quarterly event that I took part in counting the physical stock in the warehouse and ensuring that they tally with what we have in the records.

• Verifying customers’ documents and capturing the data into the bank’s system.
• Handling cheque book requisitions for customers.
• Handling customer service inquiries and assisting customers where necessary, loading accounts images (signature and passport size photo) into the system of the bank.
• Facilitation of over-the-counter transactions for customers
• Assisted managers in reviewing proof works for any erroneous and omitted information prior to being entered into the image data storage system
• Archiving of the bank documents in the store.
