For Electrical Drives business, there are about 6000 associates, 6 core competences in Asia Pacific. HRM is first point of contact for all HR topics that affect the entire AP region. Derive ED China HR Strategy based on business strategy and ensure its deployment and implementation within the organization with close collaboration with regional business leaders. Steer and coach Location HR in AP locations and ensure the maturity level of local HR Practices. Lead related key talent management process in the region like Talent and Associates Review, Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, etc. and support management to ensure the healthy talent pipeline and retention in the organization. Coordinate International assignments related to business division in AP. Consult management in topics like organization change, development and etc. and act as change agent in dealing with OD topics.

Be formally responsible for several Quarter PRC SMG Employee meeting, and the whole process of 2 APAC SMG employee award programs, including nomination consolidation, review, presentation preparation in forum, and cash award submitting. Turnover Data analysis of every business group, focus on data calculation, consolidation and analysis. Integration training tracking and completion rate analysis. — Support Intel University and Training manager.

--Responsible Work Organize and book traveling and accommodation for HR manager and team member. Filter the resume of candidates and do the interview with consultants together; Make telephone interview. Record Sick Leave for staff by SAP system (Human Resource Modules).
