Being through the pandemic moment and also have been seeing the education reform happening in Vietnam in the late 2019, OEGI team and myself started to see the bright opportunity of creating this first digital English for Academic Purpose (EAP). This EAP Space project aims to help regional students to study English online, to help international students to keep up their English skills while they are isolated in their own country, to help everyone in the world to receive affordable but CEFR qualified standard Academic English learning, and the most importantly is to get people connected to their future studies and career with their professional English skills. By combining micro-learning and interactive communications, EAP Space offers a flexible and adaptable learning experience that can be blended into any classroom environment or it is also good enough to be run as a self-learning after school hours. Being a founder, I am very proud to our Academic team who spent almost 18 months to have the three module EAP syllabus written. The credit also goes to our IT team who test out the system days and nights, and also our marketing team to promote the brand new idea of EAP learning in many new markets.

-Delivering Transnational Education programs in China, Vietnam and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region and seamlessly integrating both Asian and Western education models.- Providing an innovative and flexible platform for learning & teaching in a digital space- Disrupting the traditional classroom model into Transformational Study Spaces that nurture and encourage the best and most effective Natural Approach Learning styles to suit modern learners

-Develop of the University’s onshore recruitment and marketing plan and work alongside country managers and the domestic recruitment team to implement the plan.-Maintain relationships with partners and coordinate student engagement strategies with partners.-Manage onshore agents including, monitoring their performance, conducting reference checks, assisting with the review of agents and conducting agent training, to ensure high quality applications.-Coordinate marketing campaigns for partners via social media and other channels.

-Contribute to the development of the onshore and offshore International recruitment plan-Travel interstate and overseas to attend education exhibitions and other marketing activities-Liaise with UC’s internal and external stakeholders to assist student recruiting. -Develop and maintain relationship with registered UC ‘s agents and partner institutions-Provide support and training to agents on regular basis-Follow up student applications and handle other administration tasks.

-Implement University’s strategies for alumni and stakeholder engagement.-Plan and coordinate large and small events.-Update Alumni events on the University Events Calendar-Update and assisting in the administration of the Customer RelationshipManagement system-Edit and disseminate information, including invitations, correspondence, alumnitestimonials and other communication pieces-Assist in fundraising activities-Provide a consistently high-standard of service to alumni, executive, staff,students and stakeholders

- Consult students and provide advice in different areas including study plans, visa information, accommodation and health covers.- Manage internal and external correspondences- Coordinate Student Orientations, Graduations and other university events- Conduct marketing research on a regular basis- Monitor enrolments and course completions- Analyse data and prepare reports- Issue Confirmation of Enrolments (CoE) and other official documentation- Monitor students’ course enrolment, CoE and OSHC-Overseas Student HealthCover ’s status in compliances with immigration standards and visa conditions - Liaise with university staff, students, immigration office, agents and otherstakeholders

-Issue offer letters-Process applications-Liaise with academic staff to follow up advance standing applications -Handling student and agent enquiries-Assist with student orientations and graduations

- Provide consultations to clients for their event enquiries. - Emphasise event product features and benefits based on analysis ofcustomers’ needs- Extensive technical knowledge of all event products’ capabilities andlimitations- Maintain an existing client base and maintain contact to ensure clientsremain in good standing as well as providing referrals- Undertake in general administrative duties including sales recordkeeping and preparing quotations and invoices.- Involved public events such as Summernat, Royal Canberra Show,Canberra Cup, ATO Community Day and Multi-Cultural Festival.

- Greet Visitors and provide Visa and travel information- Coordinate functions such as morning teas, embassy’s open days andreceptions.- Edit and prepare promotion and printing materials such as information sheet forapplying visa, flyers for promoting Petra’s tourism and travel tip guides. - Assist tourism campaigns and design strategies for attracting Australiantourists to visit Jordan- Organise promotion activities to assist Petra to win the election of “SevenWonders of the World” in 2007.

- Prepare direct marketing plans for individual clients -Travel interstate to run promotional activities-Attending marketing briefing on regular basis-Implement direct marketing to reach targeted customers-Conduce telephone and email communication to follow up sales
