• Conduct business process analysis and user requirement with clients.• Identify business requirements and propose relevant system solutions to enhance business needs.• Develop business requirement process flow. • Streamline and digitize into system process.• Assist in application design and system configuration.• Transform business and user requirement into documentation such as Business Requirement Specification and Functional Requirement Specification.• Create functional test case and conduct end to end user acceptance testing. • Conduct user training to different business units.

Melaka

• Provide global support for IT service request and IT support via call, chat and email.• Analyse and recommend best approach to fulfil IT service request and IT technical support.• Communicate and interact with internal support teams to monitor, track and provide resolution to fulfil IT service request and IT technical support.• Monitor and resolve ongoing IT tickets in ticketing system.• Handle and resolve escalation based on the standard service level agreement (SLA).Additional Project: Order Lifecycle Management (OLM)• Establish good monitoring process for long running service request depending on Flow Factor targets.• Create relationship and foster collaboration with other support teams to fulfil service request at the predefined time given.• Optimize and improve the overall service request fulfilment duration.• Perform User Acceptance Test for ‘Knowledge Store’ Database and ‘IT Shop’ platform.
