Over the last decade, I built my company from the ground up, achieving a level of professional success and comfort. However, in 2019, I faced severe burnout. Realizing the need for a change, I decided to take a step back to prioritize my mental health and well-being. Even when those around me didn't approve.I saw balance as the new currency and essential components for success. I began integrating mindfulness and inner work into my daily routine in early 2019. The results were transformative.
