I deliver results through people leadership. I am a servant leader who creates environments that enable employees to deliver against key performance measures. I believe there are 4 key elements to my success. The ability to create culture, setting clear strategic vision, identifying resources and recognition and celebration. I create environments where people want to succeed. I believe in creating experiences for my employees as well as the customers we serve. This investment in employees creates loyalty and the desire for them to deliver the results best for an organization’s clients and customers. I work to set clear goals for each person on the teams l lead. In order to achieve success, everyone has to know how they contribute. I implement management systems to ensure all team members know how we tracking against those goals. I look for ways to continuously improve those systems so my teams are working as effectively and efficiently as possible. It is important to ensure each employee has the knowledge, skills, abilities and resources to be successful. I work with employees to make sure they have what they need whether it is training, feedback or additional resources. Finally, when the team achieves our goals, I believe it is important to celebrate the win! This can happen in so many ways. In fact, many employees I managed have shared receiving a simple email from me acknowledging their contributions was significant. As a leader I appreciate a challenge and opportunities to grow.
