To continue my hands on embryology experience, I have recently completed a second 5 week fixed term contract as locum Senior Embryologist with Adora Fertility at their Sydney clinic in Darlinghurst. To continue my hands on embryology experience, I have recently completed a 5 week fixed term contract as locum Senior Embryologist with Adora Fertility at their Perth clinic in Craigie. Was involved with the day to day running of the embryology laboratory, egg collections, ICSI, patient communications, data entry and some mentoring of new staff. Was involved with the lab set up from the start as a brand new arm of City Fertility in Adelaide - my role included general running of a busy IVF laboratory and managing 3 staff members. All of the usual aspects of IVF undertaken including blastocyst biopsy and cell manipulation for CGH testing

Sole scientist involved with the lab set up from the start as a brand new IVF unit in Liverpool. Recruited staff once lab set up and liaised with local day surgeries for theatre time and space. My role included general running of a the IVF laboratory and managing all aspects of ordering and patient database recording of data.

Joined City West IVF as a senior embryologist when I moved to Australia in early 2000. Involved in staff training and learnt how to biopsy embryos!

Joined as a trainee straight out of my Masters degree. Was an accredited ICSI practitioner within 12 months. Left the big smoke, for a different big smoke... Sydney in December 1999
