Cheryl managed all operational and financial aspects of the Food and Beverage Department, which generates over $210 million annually and brings in a net operating income of over twenty percent. Bellagio was raised from a 4-diamond to a 5-diamond hotel during her tenure. Cheryl also held the position of Food and Beverage Financial Administrator at the opening of Bellagio. As Financial Administrator, she served as a liaison between the Food and Beverage department and Finance, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll and Compensation. Additional duties included labor control, forecasting and database management.
