Responsible for recruiting 3,200 volunteers to work the Children's Festival in downtown Houston. This event occurred over a three day time frame. Spoke to large corporate groups, trained and scheduled workers. Created work packets, procedures for sign in/sign out and shift changes. Handling of volunteer incidents, no shows and agressive situations.
