When I was working as a Training Director and a Multi Unit Supervisor, in the Business and Hospitality Industry, my roll was to work closely with the different departments. My role was to be a liaison between the Corperate Office Departments and Operations. In this position I learned how to listen to both sides to work out any concerns, or new programs that the company wanted us to do. In my positions, I was in charge of customer service, and every line on a profit and loss statement. The Training Director taught me the many ways that people learned and how to organize the managers that I worked with. This helped with the onboarding of the new mangers into our company successfully. As well as rolling out new programs and following up on the ongoing programs to keep them successful.Specialties: Training, grant writing, non-profit board officers, budgets-writing them and maintaining them, competitive analysis, financing,human resources, facitilies management, code compliance in the industry, creating, completing, and follow up on audits, and public speaking.
