Respond to situations with in the Hospital, which dealt with patient, that were experiencing depression related to hospitalization or other issues.Respond to crisis calls in the Emergency Department (Patients who were suicidal, or patients that had attempted suicide).Respond to all Code Calls, and in hospital deaths.Work one on one with patients in the Psychiatric Unit.Guide group sessions, and plan activities.Answer the Crisis Line and provide support and therapeutic conversation.Medication administration and documentation.Support to Hospital staff in a critical situation (needle sticks, death of patients, blood spatters etc.).Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for patients, family members and staff to promote healing and comfort.

Work with children exposed to abuse and violence, during childcare support them through therapeutic conversation and play.Worked with women who have been involved in abusive and violent relationships, through support and therapeutic conversation.Directly involved with referrals to other community agencies.Open communication with other staff members.
