Time management was a key factor.As of September 2009, promoted to Quality Assurance Adviser to monitor CSAs and mark their performance in the call centre according to strict guidelines to ensure no security breeches or rudeness towards customers occurred. Was also required to train and inform CSA's of the QA process, making them aware that their calls are recorded and monitored/were also used for training purposes. Although I enjoyed this position, unfortunately there were no opportunities for progression in this role so I decided to move on to new challenges.
