Appointed the position of working on the ground floor in LPS Desktop while the system is still in the developmental stages; involving working issues in all areas of Bankruptcy, such as: Researching documents, payment applications, foreclosure language, Borrower information as well as monitoring the process status. • Reviewing and researching the status report for In House and Direct Source accounts for payment application, researching the expired "Do Not Browse" and calling the attorney to ensure correct payment application. Includes but is not limited to; verifying the Debtor and Trustee suspense balances and correcting if needed. • Appointed as processor on Bankruptcy accounts. This position allows me to work directly with the attorney regarding any questions or issues all team members and representatives may have while working an account. • Working a pipeline in Sharepoint, creating payment histories, as well as researching misapplication of funds, correcting misapplications, correcting MSP through GEM. Responsible for researching and requesting payment application. • Researching and obtaining required document for the attorney, such as missing assignments, BPO/ Appraisals, payoff figures and information the attorney may require to continue the Motion for Relief process. • Review bankruptcy legal documents including the Proof of Claim, Notice of Payment change to ensure all documents have been filed with the court. • Review of the docket report to verify the Bankruptcy plans, and plan details also discharge, and dismissal dates. • Provide training opportunities for new and current team members. • Proficient working experience with various screens within MSP, Vendorscape, LPS, Sharepoint, ICMP, PACER, and AACER as well as GEM.
