Approximately 20 team members on the floor and 4 Supervisors of different channels;I am responsible as the Quality Auditor:For daily checks everyday from all channels on the floor.Double checking information provided by the pricers that have entered the description with the correct information describing that item, and making sure it is correct before sending it to the store.2 ways to do this is:Physical audits checks, as well as System checks internally through daily Excel reports.Checking for: Correct manufacturer, upc, description of product and model # all match that item.And that pricing of the item is justified.If there is an error, the pricers will need to correct issue. Error will still apply. and be tallied on week ending report.New Employees:Go through approximately 2 months of training through QA excessive auditing. Until Supervisor of channel and Audit reports shows that they understand their job. Requires no more training.
