I help people with the stress that is interfering in their lives--whether it is negatively impacting their health, career, relationships or academic performance. Hypnosis and HypnoCoaching® provide effective tools for managing stress and achieving goals. While my office is in Oneonta, I also offer coaching and hypnosis sessions over Skype or via phone. My clients gain new levels of career success, effectively manage stress, thrive through life transitions, overcome fears, improve sleep, practice a healthier lifestyle (tobacco free, increased exercise, mindful eating and weight loss) and improve confidence.

Acted as initial contact for parents and school districts, providing information about Springbrook programs. Processed applications and made admission determinations based on clinical information and team consultation. Completed student screenings and provided tours of the agency.

Lead outpatient psychotherapist for teens and adults. Provided coaching and supervision to 9 clinicians in an outpatient clinic. Developed and provided Wellness Presentations for Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Provided case management, education and discharge planning. Acted as a liaison and recruiter between clinicians and the health plan.
