Throughout my career with Whitaker, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the company’s administrative and human resources needs and have participated in the development of numerous programs, policies and process improvements that contribute to the organization's overall effectiveness. Among my accomplishments is the successful opening of satellite offices for Whitaker, including lease negotiation and build-out.I was the 2005 recipient of the Whitaker Way Award in recognition of dedication and outstanding service to the organization, and the 2017 Admin of the Year.Prior to my career at Whitaker, I was an executive assistant to the Vice President of Finance for RM Mayfield Constructors.
