Leads the Starbucks Coffee Licensed Store organization in the Florida Region. Develops strategic and operational plans to enhance the Starbucks experience for customers, increase profitability and execute opportunities for growth expansion across the state.

Accountable for the health, growth, profitability and management of the Starbucks operations in Puerto Rico and responsible for the brand development and consumer acceptance.

Managed the retail operations of 68 Starbucks stores across the state of Florida.

Supported all facets of field operations of 1850+ store chain. Operational responsibilities included implementing and managing all corporate programs to include; field incentive programs, point of sale initiatives, distribution of company financial results, creation of electronic daily labor tracking tool, simplified store inventory management process and partnered with field executive leadership to create annual operating plan.

Managed the operations of 94 Pizza Hut restaurants.
