Exercise and nutrition is my passion! The last 8 years I fell in love with fitness from running races, to strength training and kick boxing. My greatest strength is helping people transform their lives through physical activity, lifestyle changes, and healthy eating. I graduated from Advanced Technical Institute and became a Certified Personal Trainer. I believe that exercise is for everyone, and that it should be fun. It should feel good. It should be something you look forward to doing, not something you dread or avoid.
