I consistently develop and facilitate instruction for culturally and academically diverse populations. I have been involved in writing and evaluating the music curriculum scope and sequence in District 129. These roles utilize my strengths in organization, communication, and advocacy. Writing curriculum has allowed me to grow professionally and personally as I evaluate the content and resources available to our team to best meet the needs of our diverse student population. I have also piloted several tech programs in my classroom and provided professional development opportunities for colleagues. My previously listed accolades speak to my ability to be a leader, work effectively independently and in a team, and execute tasks to a high degree.
